Money Talk from HSCFS
Our spring 2017 newsletter is out now, leading on your tax year end checklist and much more.
We reported on a number of developments at the end of last year including a round-up of the announcements made in Philip Hammond’s first, and last, Autumn Statement.
The lead stories for the spring edition are:
- Your tax year end checklist: time to focus – The Chancellor’s first, and last, spring Budget on 8 March will likely make tax planning all the more important before the next tax year.
- Au Revoir to the Autumn Statement – It was the new Chancellor’s first set piece – but the news was not particularly good.
- Estate planning with your pension – Your pension is now a valuable estate planning tool and could be the last thing you draw on in retirement.
- Buy-to-let: a taxing issue – April will mark the start of another measure designed to increase tax for buy-to-let investors.
We hope you enjoy reading our newsletter and, as always, please call Keith Bonner on 01273 710404 or email email@example.com and let us know if you think you could be affected by any of the subjects in Money Talk.
